What started as a collaboration among conference speakers to capture best practices into a book, eventually turned into friendships and business partners to develop Groundswell Pharma Consulting. We are a consortium of industry professionals with varying backgrounds and expertise that came together to provide a unique offering to the biopharma community:  a consulting firm where you pick the consultant you work with.

Unlike larger consulting firms that have a business development team making promises that then have to be delivered by an unknown associate, Groundswell is a small consortium of individual consultants that you can choose from based on your business needs. When you find the consultant you want, you set up the contract directly, reducing costs and simplifying the process.
