Throughout his 25+ year career Mark has led value-driven enterprise change, primarily for med-device and biotech clients.  Mark’s most recent roles have focused on enhancing value in global product development through voice-of-the-customer and strategy-aligned decision-making. Through application of project and program management best practices, agile processes and tools, change management, standard methodologies, and action-oriented metrics, Mark has proven achievements in advancing strategic alignment and accelerating the path to revenue.

Most recently, Mark led the transformation of the product portfolio process for Varian Medical Systems, followed by implementing a full automation of the R&D portfolio for Sangamo Therapeutics.  Both of these initiatives required patient advocacy, organizational influence, executive presence, and continuous cross-functional collaboration.  Mark’s unique ability to balance achievement of organizational objectives with specialized team requirements has enabled him to deliver major wins across the product delivery chain.

With an interest in AI, Dave can support your organizational insights with the right data architecture.

Dave authored the chapters on Project Management Information Systems in the recently released book, "Project Management for Drug Developers", detailing how to set up your software solutions and data models to meet the needs of project management offices today.

 

In his spare time, you'll likely find Dave chasing after his two little kiddos down snowy mountains.

Throughout her career, Tina has held various roles in R&D, from bench level drug development to senior leadership, and has acquired certifications in project management, scrum mastery, change management, and professional coaching.  Having led organizations, numerous large scale initiatives along with drug developent projects, she has succesfufly enhanced  the capabilities, culture, and innovation of teams and organizations at Monsanto, Pfizer, Sanofi, Genentech, Roche and Bristol Myers Squibb.  Tina thrives on solving complex problems and collaborating with diverse stakeholders while empowering others to grow and excel.

Courtland (Corky) LaVallee

Corky has more than 25 years of project management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry across a broad spectrum of companies, from pharma giants to start-up biotechs. He served on new drug development projects from pre-IND through regulatory submissions and into commercialization.

 

While Director of Development Project Management at Genentech, he created from scratch a project management capability focused on supporting drug development teams.

He has held project management leadership positions at companies such as Pfizer, Onyx, Theravance and BeiGene, and most recently was a Global Program Director at EQRx.

 

Corky has taught the New Drug Development and Lifecycle Management public course for the Drug Information Association. He is a sought-after public speaker on project management culture and has edited the recently released Project Manager for Drug Developers, published by CRC Press and written by several talented practitioners of the art.
